 The asphalt temperature tank is mainly used for storing asphalt, heating, dehydrating, thermal retardation and transporting. The product is divided as horizontal tank and vertical tank. The horizontal tank has the volume of 5Om3, 3Om3 and 6Om3; convenient for using. The vertical tank has the volume of 100m3-20000m3. The heating resource is oil or coal heat-conducting oil heating furnace; the heating method is by hot pipes with heat-conducting oil.

 The modified asphalt temperature tank is equipped with three sets of stirring apparatus, and this can make the asphalt difficult to segregation and sedimentation.

 The asphalt temperature tank has two types—container and normal type; and the volume has 50m3, 30m3 and 60m3

1.  8KG gas pressure test of heat conduction oil exits and entrances flange connector

2.  The weld diesel penetration test for tank       Need no leakage

4.  Color plate escalator and visual inspection for tank body      Need practical beautiful
